Pictured are the fries from one of my favorite burger joints in Seattle. These fries have the texture and structure that I measure all other fries against. They have a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth softness, and the perfect amount of oil. But while normally I'm a big fan, I have to say, I could have used more salt tonight. These earned 4 fries out of 5 for this particular order, but a solid 5 fries out of 5 in general.
